This new two story steel framed building with a brick and metal panel exterior was designed to accomodate the social needs of the local community. The main features include the simple geometry and cantilevered canopy to welcome the visitors to the building.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
This second floor addition project was designed to provide great views across the 1.5 acre property. A new 600 sf master bedroom suite was added, which included the bedroom, walk-in closets, and bathroom. Some of the features in the bathroom included a vaulted ceiling, skylights, a double sink vanity and separate bathtub and shower.

INDOOR POOL
This project was designed around an existing pool. The main intent for the design was to achieve a light, contemporary feel by the use of colors and geometry. The large simple windows with the built-in fire place provided the focal pointfor the entire project.

VO-TECH CULINARY ARTS CENTER
This interior renovation project at a high school was designed to provide a state-of-the-art kitchen and cafe for students interested in learning about working in the restaurant industry. This lower level space, which was once used for storage, was transformed into an inviting environment that met the needs for the curriculum.
